Guardians Of The Galaxy - Mission: Breakout Possibly Teasing Future Characters

6 hours ago | LRMonline.com | See recent LRM Online news »

Disneyland is set to open a brand new attraction this weekend called Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout! This was formally the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror but was re-themed for obvious reasons. It will feature the characters from the film including Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Groot and Rocket. One other interesting character it will feature will be Teneleer Tivan otherwise known as The Collector and as you queue up to get on the ride you get the opportunity to check out some of the items from his collection.

IGN got a first look at the ride and got to see some pretty interesting items while in line. While there are some recognizable items on display like an Ultron drone from Avengers: Age of Ultron, a Nova Corps uniform from Guardians of the Galaxy and a Terrigen crystal from Agents of Shield, there are some items on display that we »

Inhumans: Leaked Footage Shows Off Lockjaw

23 May 2017 10:25 AM, PDT | LRMonline.com | See recent LRM Online news »

This fall will see the release of a new ABC Marvel series in the form of Inhumans. This has been an interesting project to follow from the get-go. When it was first announced as a part of Marvel Studios’ film lineup, it was interesting in how late in the game it came. And when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. started utilizing the concept of Inhumans, it wasn’t exactly clear how all this would mesh together, considering the disparity between Marvel TV and Marvel Studios.

After a while, Inhumans fell off the Marvel Studios slate, and soon enough, it was picked up as a TV series -- one separate from what was executed on S.H.I.E.L.D. But the question remained: could Inhumans get pulled off on the small screen? Medusa alone is a character whose hair would likely require a good deal of visual effects. This, of course, »

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 5 to premiere in January 2018 with straight run of 22 episodes

21 May 2017 3:35 AM, PDT | Flickeringmyth | See recent Flickeringmyth news »

Last week it was announced that the fifth season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be held back until midseason by ABC, with the network airing its new show Inhumans from September.

That raised several questions, such as whether we’d be getting a shortened run of episodes with Coulson and company for the fifth season. Well, as it turns out, we can expect a full run of 22 episodes, and – in news that is sure to please fans (and those involved with the show) – there won’t be any lengthy and random breaks in between episodes.

Posting on Twitter (although his tweets have since been deleted), Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. visual effects supervisor Mark Kolpak stated that: “We’re back in January 2018. I believe [we] will have a straight run of 22 eps. No breaks!”

22 episodes would take Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. through to June 1st, which is past the end of the traditional spring TV season, »

What Can We Expect from Marvel’s Agents of Shield Season 5?

Season 4 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has just come to a close with “World’s End.” However, people are already discussing season 5 of the same series, which was approved in May of 2017. It is interesting to note that as the Marvel Cinematic Universe has continued to expand with each new movie and TV show, so has the size of the sandbox that has been allotted to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. As a result, it seems probable that the TV show will offer even more intriguing possibilities in season 5 than in previous seasons. Here are five possibilities for season 5

Warning: this article contains spoilers for Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s season 4 finale, World’s End. It will be re-promoted at a later date for those viewing at UK pace.

22 episodes is a lot to fill, and the first season of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. arguably fell prey to this network-mandated issue. Forgettable filler instalments where the gang investigated a mysterious thing were commonplace, which felt like an excuse to kill time before the main villain of the season – the utterly unmemorable Clairvoyant - showed up.

But the show has been on an uptick since then. Appearances from Jaime Alexander’s Lady Sif livened things up, »
