Brief partial nudity of a man's lower body covered partially by a small towel as he jumps out of a window after bathing. Backside visible.

Mention of an interaction at a strip club and a photo taken there with one of the strippers. The image isn't really revealed.

Brief but extremely brutal and graphic spurts of violence.

A man is shown cleaning a dead fish with a knife as part of food preparation. Incision and innards visible.

Man urinates in bottle while in a parked vehicle, then pours it out on the road. Shown while pouring out only.

A man's neck is cut open during an attack, blood spurts.

Following a scuffle between two men, a knife is graphically buried in a man's head and pulled out with significant blood spray and pooling.

A man is hit by a car and knocked unconscious.

Crossbow arrow shot through the leg (we see the head sticking out of his thigh) with blood around the wound. Further gore and depictions of suffering (drooling, sobs, etc) as the arrow is braced with a car door and then cut. Graphic stabbing at wound in an effort to remove the full arrow shaft.

Two men struggle over a firearm, resulting in a graphic shot to the mandible for one of them. Gore and exposed tissue.

A man is shown vomiting repeatedly, presumably as a result of acute stress and recent violent trauma.

Body bag dragged to grave.

Teenage boy shoots down a gunman. Blood spray on the wall, bloody wounds and shotgun shrapnel.

A man prepares to shoot two women; one charges and the other grabs for an automatic weapon. Shots fired, graphic head injury shown. Gruesome aftermath with blood stains around the room, bodies shown out of focus, blood-covered person shown gurgling blood.

Many suspenseful sequences, and the tone is very grim.

A dozen uses of f**k, 1 racial epithet, a few uses of b*itch, ass, hell etc.

A man drinks a beer in one scene.

Suspenseful, grim, and sporadically --and graphically-- violent.

Rated R for strong bloody violence, and language
