Storyline

The 90's were the glory days for the Hong Kong Triads, an underground order that has stood the test of time, stemming from an offshoot of the Shaolin monks that fought as a resistance to overturn the government during the turn of the century. These gangs ruled the Hong Kong night for decades, through controlling prostitution, drug trades and illegal gambling. It was during the 90's when their lifestyle came under threat as the Hong Kong handover to China drew near... This is the story based on real events of a college graduate who chose a life of crime over a future of boundless potential to push the Triads through the tough times during the 90's into the new millennium. Wannabe Young & Dangerous
19 January 2013 | by (New York) – See all my reviews

Terrible acting, horrible casting and worst triad fight scenes ever. It was like a wannabe young&dangerous and the election series poorly scripted together. HK movies are getting worse and worse.... feels like someone who's watched too many generic triad movies wrote this CRAP!!. As much as this pains me i have to submit 10 lines minimum. First off, the leading male was no-where near believable from the beginning. Who in the world has meetings on boats for 30 seconds over pretentious BS esp if you're a big time BOSS. Come on, at least give some background on how they make money besides killing each other and acting as tough security at clubs. Total Crap!!
