It looks like Kim Kardashian and Katie Couric's feud is over. Last year, Katie said she didn't understand why the Kardashians were famous, and then Kim slammed her for sending a gift to North West and being a "fake media friend." However, they looked happy posing together in the Hamptons over the holiday weekend. Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez were photographed kissing on vacation. They have been staying very close on their trip and working out together in Italy. Jessica Simpson married Eric Johnson over the weekend. She wore a custom-designed champagne and gold Carolina Herrera gown, and their kids, Ace and Maxwell, played big roles in their nuptials. A huge death happened on True Blood last night. Say goodbye to the beloved character with his sexiest moments on the show. In other Kim Kardashian news, she reunited with the pastor who officiated her and Kanye West's wedding. »

ABC’s “Good Morning America” will soon have new supervision in place over each of its two hours, the latest maneuver in a long, ongoing battle to maintain morning-show dominance over NBC’s venerable “Today.”
Tom Cibrowski, “Gma”s’ senior executive producer, retains oversight of the entire program, but now each hour of the show will have its own runner, so to speak. Chris Vlasto, a three-year veteran of the show, was named executive producer of its 7 a.m. hour, while Rachel Miskowiec, a daytime-tv veteran who had most recently been executive producer of Katie Couric’s daytime talk show, will serve as executive producer of the 8 o’clock hour. Senior executive producer Margo Baumgart remains part of the team on the 8 a.m. hour.
In a memo to staffers, Cibrowski described the maneuvers as an effort to refine each part of the show – the first hour is typically newsier »

Katie Couric married new husband John Molner in her Hamptons backyard this weekend, but they headed to a nearby restaurant for the big celebration. The two hosted a dinner at the Topping Rose House after the ceremony on Saturday. He performed "Stardust and "It Had to Be You." A number of guests made toasts throughout the evening, including all of Couric and Molner's kids Carrie and Ellie Monohan and Henry and Allie Molner. Also offering toasts were Molner's brothers Tom and David and Katie's »

Molner, 51, and Couric, 57, have been dating since 2011, took their relationship public in 2012 and announced their engagement in September 2013. That said, Molner has remained out of the spotlight while Couric began, and ended, her own talk show, Katie, and traded her contract with ABC News for a new position with Yahoo.
While Couric has been hesitant to reveal too much of her relationship to the public, she has said that Molner was well-liked by her parents and she admitted that she loves the fact that he’s from Chicago. Like Couric, Molner has two children from a previous relationship, Allie and Henry, who participated in the wedding ceremony alongside their new stepsiblings Ellie, »

“The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and “Steve Harvey” grabbed the top talkshow wins while “The Young and the Restless” was named best drama series Sunday at the 41st annual Daytime Emmy Awards, which proved to be a raucous affair as the kudocast grappled with the transition to a streaming-only format.
A high volume of no-shows among top winners and bumpy moments underscored the unusual nature of this year’s ceremony, which was unable to land a TV deal. At times, presenters struggled with their stage instructions and the camera work was jumpy. Without the timetable and content constraints of airing live on advertiser-supported TV, winners and presenters let the salty language fly, and some winners took their sweet time with acceptance remarks on the Beverly Hilton stage.
Host Kathy Griffin (pictured) and others made light of the situation. Griffin ended the nearly two-hour ceremony by walking on stage yelling “say goodnight! »

There may be only four broadcast soaps left but the folks at “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “Days of Our Lives,” “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless” served up plenty of sudsy, sensational moments in 2013 — many of which will earn gold statues June 22 at the 41st annual Daytime Emmy Awards.
“Bold’s” most combustible moment last year was Katie ripping into her husband, Bill, and her sister, Brooke, over the affair they had while she battled post-partum depression.
“We submitted that for Outstanding Drama Series,” says Bradley Bell, nominated as “Bold’s” executive producer and head writer. “The storyline’s a timeless classic, and there were so many great performances.”
“Bill and Katie had been married for four years, which in daytime is an eternity,” notes Heather Tom, a five-time Emmy winner and a nominee this year for lead actress. “People are really invested in them so when it unraveled it was heartbreaking. »

It is not really difficult in coming up with cinema siblings and assessing their impact on the films they graced with humor, horror or hedonism. Whatever the combination–brother and sister, brother and brother, sister and sister–the big screen has always produced some of the most compelling siblings to entertain or shock us as the lights go dim at the local cinemaplex.
So who do you favor as your all-time favorite movie siblings? Perhaps you wouldn’t mind brothers Michael and Sam from 1987′s The Lost Boys? Or how about sisters Drizella and Anastasia from the 1950 animated film Cinderella? Maybe you could go for the transformation of television’s Brady kids into the film version of 1995′s The Brady Bunch Movie?

Laverne Cox isn't as much on the new season of Orange is the New Black as some (including myself) would like, but fortunately she's everywhere else these days. Two weeks ago, Cox became the first openly transgender person to be featured on the cover of Time Magazine. As arguably the most visible trans activist in the media, Cox came back to Katie Couric's talk show to discuss the "transgender tipping point" and advance the discourse about the long-neglected T in Lgbt. As you might remember, Cox's initial appearance on Katie didn't go so well, ending with Cox public chastisement of Couric for rudely asking about her transgender guests' genitals. Couric admits here that she was was wrong to do so, and Cox publicly forgives her: "It's only a mistake if you make it twice." In this zippy but revealing episode, Cox opens up about her past (including a suicide attempt), discusses trans progess, »
