Storyline

Gibsonburg is the true story of a boy's high school baseball team in Ohio that won 6 games and lost 17 games in the regular season. During the regular season, this team lost 13 games in a row and were mercy ruled 7 times. In a magical way, this same team won 8 games in a row to win the state championship! Baseball is the backbone of the film. However, Gibsonburg is much more of a love story coupled with an amazing mystery. Gibsonburg also deals with the real life trials and tribulations of high school students when coming of age. Written by Bob Mahaffey
