Episode cast overview, first billed only:
Robert Gossett ...

Major Crimes gets a call after police find a serial killer's burial ground in Griffith Park containing the bodies of at least five young women. Though the most recent killing occurred the previous evening, the grave had been dug at least two days prior. The masked killer's latest burial was interrupted and pointed out by an underage street hustler and his adult john, who went off to a quiet corner to be alone. The most recent victim made a purchase at a department store where CCTV footage shows she met a man - someone who knew well enough to keep his back to the cameras - who Brenda is convinced is lawyer and serial rapist Philip Stroh. Getting Chief Pope and others to believe her, however, is more difficult, but Brenda isn't going to let Stroh get away this time and is willing to sacrifice her future with the LAPD to get him, even if it means using the nearly-killed underage hustler as jail bait. Brenda finally gets her last shot at Phillip Stroh- and possibly her last stint as deputy chief
14 August 2012 | by (USA) – See all my reviews

It is still hard to believe that 7 phenomenal seasons are coming to a close and that this amazing show has reached its end. I truly enjoyed this show and look forward to watching Major Crimes- the spin off of the Closer. It's great that most of the cast is staying on and every now and then you do(will) hear mention of Brenda's character. Hopefully Pope will appear and maybe Brenda will show up in her new job position. I will be getting all 7 seasons on DVD so that I can continue to enjoy it as much as I did when I first started watching it. Thank YEW to the cast and crew for an amazing 7 seasons. This show is truly one of a kind but Major Crimes will fill in the void nicely that is left behind.
