As a kid out of all of my friend and cousins as a 1990
born child do I rember this. It was creepy as, and would have made soo many children cry but I loved it. Why cos I'm that weirdo. It was a floating female face well just eyes brows lips and nostrils on a coloured background entertaing the use of what a green screen can do. Had a horribly squeaky voice entertaining what voice changing could do. Made in the late 80s on what looks like a low budget with educational videos chucked in when learning about the topic of the day eg:frogs suprised it managed to. Last 9 seasons. Mulligrub was probably the image in most kids nightmares and definitely not a show as a parents you would sit and watch with your kids. I guess I liked the moving face as a baby the bright colours and creepy voice it kept me quiet and content and mum thought it was the funnest thing my baby excitement.
