- The film follows the quest of the curator of the world's only penis museum as he tries to complete his collection with a human penis. As such, there is a lot of discussion about penises and testicles. At the museum, non-human penises ranging from hamster to sperm whale are shown.
- One of the males trying to have his penis displayed has a plaster mold made of his penis, his penis and testicles visible. He talks about his sexual prowess when he was younger, stating that he had slept with hundreds of women.
- The other male sends several photos of his penis dressed up, all of which are shown. He also gets a tattoo on the tip of his penis.
