Can't recommend even as a kiddie Nickelodeon show
23 August 2013 | by See all my reviews

Sheltered Nicholas Borelli II (Noah Munck) is sent to stay with his Uncle Frankie (Steve Schirripa) in Brooklyn for the summer. He takes on a gangster persona called Nicky Deuce.

This is Steve Schirripa's baby and he got all of his Soprano family involved. The acting power in this is amazing. They have James Gandolfini, Michael Imperioli, Tony Sirico, Rita Moreno, along with Steve Schirripa himself. That's what roped me in.

I know this is supposed to be a kiddie movie. But we can't accept inferior product just because we think kids won't notice. The stereotypes are completely out of date. Maybe I missed something. Maybe this is a movie set in the past. The production value is extremely low here. The only good thing is seeing some of your favorite actors.
