Walt survives the gun battle in the desert but others do not. Jesse survives but Walt wants him dead and expects Todd's uncle Jack to go through with their deal. Something far worse is in store for Jesse and Walt takes the opportunity to tell him about Jane's death. Meanwhile Hank's wife Marie visits her sister Skyler at the car-wash to tell her Walt has been arrested. At Marie's insistence, Skyler tells Walt Jr. about his father's secret. By the time Skyler and Walt Jr. get home Walt is already there and wants them to pack and leave with him. He soon realizes it's all over and leaves, but takes baby Holly with him. With the police now involved, Walt makes one last phone call to Skyler. Written by garykmcd

Trivia

In an interview, director Rian Johnson revealed that baby Holly's saying "mama" in the scene where Walt changes her was unscripted. The scene was written to have Walt simply look at Holly and decide to give her back. However, the baby's mother was on set behind Bryan Cranston, and the baby started saying "mama" while they were filming. Cranston simply went along with it and the shot ended up in the episode. Crazy Credits

When the opening credits begin after the first commercial break, the names of the first three actors appear in the normal sequence with normal timing. At the moment when the name Dean Norris would normally appear, the camera shows Walt looking at his own reflection in the rear view mirror. The name does not appear, and Walt turns the mirror to the side. The camera focuses in on the mirror's new reflection, an empty spot in the New Mexican desert. We then see Walt pause for several moments. Finally, as Walt begins to move on, the name Dean Norris appears on the screen. See more »

Ozymandias- even the most powerful fall...
16 September 2013 | by (Zagreb, Croatia) – See all my reviews

Just finished watching the episode and I'm speechless.

This was a mesmerizing and engrossing piece of television which did nothing wrong.

It was sad, dynamic, heartbreaking, full of action.

A classic Brekaing Bad episode.

I've said it before and I'm saying it now- Breaking Bad is a masterpiece and as much as I'm anxious to see how it ends I don't want it to end.

This is one of the best episode of the show full of great ones. What will happen next? Can't wait to see.
