The Bering Sea shows are all really good and keep me watching. The camera work is excellent and the interview segments are interesting. The show gives the viewing audience a window into what it is like to struggle for gold under the ice.
The only aspect that I have reservations for is that Emily gal. She's a spoiled brat in dire need for attitude adjustment. Thank goodness for DVR, I see her on the screen and skip right over it. Even her voice is like listening to nails going down a chalkboard. The rest of the guys I really like. Dump her parts and the show would go up to an 8 out of 10.
It would be interesting to see where these crews end up with at the end of the season. Maybe Emily will leave!
