Jes Macallan Cast As An Original Character For Legends Of Tomorrow Season 3

2 August 2017 9:39 AM, PDT | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

As of now, it’s not abundantly clear as to what threats await the Waverider crew in season 3 of Legends of Tomorrow, but we do know that they’ll be struggling to fix time, something they somehow managed to break in last spring’s finale. Still, some flesh and blood antagonists have been outright named, be they returning foes such as Captain Cold and Damien Darhk, or Kuasa, who’s set to make her live action debut in the Arrowverse (she previously appeared on the Vixen animated web series).

The latest addition to the cast sees Jes Macallan (Mistresses) find herself in the recurring role of Special Agent Ava Sharpe. Before proceeding any further, let’s take a look at the character description provided by Deadline:

A hard working agent for a secret branch of the Federal Government (the Time Bureau) dedicated to the regulation of time-travel and the protection of history. »

Alyssa Milano Files Lawsuit Against Former Business Manager, Claims He Left Her 'Millions of Dollars of Debts'

19 June 2017 10:49 AM, PDT | Entertainment Tonight | See recent Entertainment Tonight news »

Alyssa Milano and husband David Bugliari are suing their former business manager and asking for at least $10 million in damages, claiming he and his firm led them to financial ruin.

In court papers obtained by Et, the 44-year-old actress accuses accountant Kenneth Hellie and his firm Hellie, Hoffer & Company of leaving the couple "with millions of dollars of debts" and "their credit in ruins." According to the lawsuit, the firm failed to competently perform "the most basic and crucial function of business managers," then engaged in an alleged cover-up of the "escalating financial chaos" they created by allegedly withholding and actively concealing information from them.

The suit filed on June 12 also alleges Hellie forged Milano's signature on checks, failed to pay overdue bills and taxes, and coerced her into making bad investments in which he allegedly had a stake.

Alyssa Milano has filed a $10 million lawsuit accusing her former business manager of severe misconduct that caused her to spiral into a financial disaster.

Hellie’s actions, according to the suit, left Milano and her husband, talent agent David Bugliari, “with millions of dollars in debt and their credit in ruins.”

The suit was filed Friday in L.A. Superior Court in Van Nuys. Reached by phone on Saturday, Hellie declined to discuss the specifics.

“I’d like to say something,” he said. “Obviously a lot of it’s like the Johnny Depp situation. I can’t say anything just yet.”
