Steve can hardly believe that his brat sister Mary Ann got a job as stewardess, let alone when she's arrested for concealing on her body $20 million in diamonds. She claims she was forced to save a kidnapped colleague, but Danny and Steve rightly smell a nest of rats even before the ransom is stolen from a cop car transport. Senor ex-con gems fence king August March helps them and hothead chief of detectives Vincent Fryer link the case to blood diamond trade and a jailed killer's rogue brother. Written by KGF Vissers

Kalele Good ***1/2

Good episode where McGarrett's sister gets arrested when she is set up to smuggle diamonds as an airline stewardess. Of course, these people now wish to be known as flight attendants.

Ed Asner appears as an elderly ex-con who is supposedly a retired fence for smugglers. It doesn't take much to realize that Asner has an agenda of his own.

Danno shows how he will react if someone, especially a crook, even talks about his daughter.

That was some friend that McGarrett's sister encountered. After all, she set her up, but as we know, every dog has its day, and it's no different for Angie, who winds up with a bullet in her back. Wait until you see who did her in.
