You can kill orcs with swords, axes, bows etc. but there is no blood are gore but the head will pop off.

You can kill creatures and bosses such as Shelob the Spider and Sauron, the Dark Lord.

All death scenes from Jackson's trilogy are in the game and if changed they are for humorous effect.
