MPAA Rated R for bloody comic horror violence, and for language and some sexual content

Sex & Nudity

  • -Some sexual references and dialogue (the outtakes at the end mostly consists of them)
  • -A woman receives oral sex from a man in an alley and the man tries to return the favor by letting her perform fellatio on him but she leaves instead.
  • -A man's mother mentions her sex life with her much-younger boyfriend.
  • -A woman locks herself in a basement of her husband's mother's house to hide from the titular demon and discovers the basement is full of sex toys and bondage equipment.
  • -A man masturbates in an alleyway. It is not seen but highly implied.
  • -A woman throws dildos at a demon.
  • -A fertility doctor has a conversation about a man's fertility in front of his family. Throughout this scene, many references to sex and sperm are made (however all are in a comedic way).
  • -The entire film focuses on a demon that crawls out of a man's anus to kill the people that cause him stress.

  • Some graphic deaths that results in blood spray and severed limbs. A man's penis is exposed and slowly bitten off by a little creature (graphic and detailed).
  • A pregnant woman's neck is bitten and her stomach is slashed
  • A man deals with tremendous pain from a creature crawling in and out of his anus repeatedly throughout the film

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • 2 men drink whiskey
  • A man smokes a marijuana cigarette
  • A woman offers party guests a drink, one man remarks "Do you have any weed?" Weed is slang for Cannabis.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Though primarily comedic, the titular demon can be frightening and there are very few jump scares.
