Storyline
Timo's condition requires urgent surgery, but also delicate preparations. This time a colleague stops Riccardo from operating himself. Emilio can't bare the helpless waiting agony, ultimately crushing in Arno's comforting arms. Sebastian checks in and quickly passes the last screening. Clarissa finally brings the security recording to the castle, only to learn Sebastian has already volunteered part of his liver. Ansgar gets Tanja compassionate prison leave on bail. The arch rivals bicker on in the waiting room until unsettling indications make them realize their loved ones' loves trump everything: Tanja drops the scalpel she hid, Clarissa hands over the video.
