While the film contains some sequences of martial arts action, it is generally suitable for viewing by all ages.

The martial arts action consists of fighting between the good and evil characters, established in a fantasy-like context, most of which are tinged with humor.

The fighting scenes which feature the villain, Kai, with his blade-like weapons are portrayed as slightly more intense but are depicted without any details of injuries.

The lead character uses a powerful martial art move on himself to make sure that a dangerous enemy is defeated. In doing so, he fully expects to effectively trapped forever in the Spirit Realm, but his family and friends manage to channel their own power to him to survive and an old friend in the Spirit Realm helps him return to the real world.

Many of Po's friends are captured and turned into jade warriors who fight against him.

MPAA:
Rated PG for martial arts action and some mild rude humor
