B the Master

Warning: Spoilers
The battle between Sasuke's group and Killer B begins in Kumogakure, around mountains and a river. First, Sasuke and B engage in a battle of swords. The Uchiha manages to kick his opponent and gives back Zabuza's sword to Suigetsu. B calmly takes a time to write more rimes on his book, inspired by the fight. Sasuke continues the attack and uses his sword charged with chidori, unstoppable until now. But Killer B gets serious and blocks it with his own electrified swords. He takes his position and starts attacking with his eight swords at the same time, perfectly controling all of them. He perform some cuts to Sasuke, who can't dodge every slash even with his Sharingan, and then finally gives him two fatal stabs on the shoulders. The first thing I thought was that's it, he killed him. But Suigetsu and Jugo stop killer b from making a mortal definitive stab, and Zabuza's sword is cut in two. Karin cures Sasuke with her abilities (she transfers chakra to the person who bites her arm), while B analyzes their techniques and powers. Then, the three decide to attack at the same time, but B manages well against them. Tired of dealing with these weak guys, he takes advantage of the confusion to get away for some whisky. But Karin detects him even though he was a bit distance away, so B realizes she has sensing abilities too. He gets more serious and partially transforms in the Hachibi, showing a few tails and the cloak. Sasuke remembers his fight with Naruto, aware of the situation. B charges at him, but then he aims at Karin, Suigetsu and Jugo. They escape in time before the crush, so then, Sasuke decides to place B under gen jutsu. The jinchuriki recognizes the Sharingan, and pretends to fall, but then, out of sudden, he surprises everyone and mortally strikes with his Lariat on the neck. Second time I thought, goodbye Sasuke. But this time, Jugo uses his power from the cursed seal to cure Sasuke, he transfers some of his tissue to regenerate the damaged area around his neck and chest. The price he pays, is that he regresses his age and height a little, into a boy. Meanwhile, B thinks to himself that gen jutsu doesn't work on a jinchuriki who can control his tailed beast, the Hachibi is the colleague to release him. He then goes to transform completely in the Hachibi, a big giant octopus with the face of a goat. Karin and Jugo are left shocked, both without much chakra. When the Hachibi tries to attack them, Suigetsu takes advantage of the water to become a monster and hold him back. Karin and Jugo intend to escape with the injured Sasuke, but the Hachibi won't let them: he forms a Bijuu dama (like the one created by the four tailed Kyuubi vs Orochimaru, only that this is bigger), and throws it at them. Suigetsu receives the complete impact and ends up like a clay inert figure. Sasuke then has a moment of care for his teammates, has a flash memory of team 7, and decides to use Amaterasu. The Hachibi starts burning in that black fire, and crushes everything with his tentacles randomly. He almost crushes Karin, but Sasuke saves her by slashing a tentacle with his large chidori. Then he turns off all the flames with his Mangekyo Sharingan to protect Karin (the flames reached her), and Killer B, unconcious and burned, comes to the water surface. Jugo and Sasuke take him along the unconcious Karin and Suigetsu, and prepare to leave. Sasuke admits that he never thought Killer B would corner them like he did. As they leave, two guards from Kumogakure, who heard all the noise and approached to check up on Killer B, spot the Akatsuki walking away with B. They see the Uchiha emblem on Sasuke (he took off his Akatsuki robe to charge B), and go to warn the Raikage. They are also aware that the Akatsuki captured Yugito, so they don't try to stop them.

The battle was pretty great. Killer B gave the beating of their lives to those four. He would have killed Sasuke without doubt if it wasn't for Jugo and Karin. Then, Suigetsu should have died instantly. No matter what experiments Orochimaru made on him, there's no way he could survive to that blast. Even Orochimaru admitted that if it wasn't for his triple wall he invoked, he would have died when the Kyuubi threw his Bijuu dama. So that was the first mistake of the plot. Then, the way Sasuke was saved twice was pretty convenient. Jugo's power is a mytery and hard to explain, or understand. There's no one like him, and he was like a Jekyll Hyde creature before meeting Orochimaru. Another mistake or incoherence in the plot. Karin's abilities are also weird. I mean she is not a medic ninja, and can cure people thanks to a bite? It's not as crazy as Jugo's power but still. The good point of all this was that Sasuke showed some caring towards his teammates. He appreaciated their selfless actions to protect him and the rest of the team, and remembered team 7 because that's what Kakashi taught him. Still, the closer future will prove that this was just a flash moment. The best of the episode was Killer B. His power, experience, techniques, his rimes, how he observed well his enemies skills, everything was good. He thought well every move, and only transformed in the Hachibi when he had no other choice. Sadly, looks like he lost this battle and is on way to his death. But things may not be like they seem now, he is a master, an experienced skilled warrior.
