Sophia Bush, who stars on P.D., took to Instagram on Wednesday to post a super cute photo of her and the Artpop singer hanging out at a party for the show’s producer, Dick Wolf.

Bush captioned the pic, "#wcw @LadyGaga, naturally. She Slayed the #Oscars and now she's snuggled up with the #ChicagoFam celebrating love. "The Oscars were amazing, but this!? This is everything." Oh #TaylorKinney you're a lucky man!! #love #congrats."

Gaga lucked out as well, getting a half-million dollar, heart-shaped diamond engagement ring. The couple have been dating since 2011, after Kinney starred in Gaga’s music video for her single "You and I."

Ratings: NBC’s ‘Voice’ Strong Tuesday, Boosts ‘Parks’ Finale

25 February 2015 9:09 AM, PST | Variety - TV News | See recent Variety - TV News news »

Update: In updated national estimates from Nielsen released Wednesday afternoon, four shows were revised down a tenth in the nationals while the night’s top show in demos, NBC’s “The Voice,” ended up a tick (3.9/12 in 18-49, 14.06 million viewers overall); that left the second night of blind auditions up 5% vs. the comparable night a year ago. “Parks and Recreation” held its demo score (1.6/5) but went down a bit in total viewers (4.15 million).

CBS saw both “NCIS” (2.3/7 in 18-49, 17.38 million viewers overall) and “NCIS: New Orleans” (1.9/5 in 18-49, 13.71 million viewers overall) revised down, matching their season lows. But that only made the winning performance of “Person of Interest” at 10 p.m. (1.7/5 in 18-49, 9.63 million viewers overall) more impressive.

Fox’s “New Girl” (1.3/4 in 18-49, 2.85 million viewers overall) went down a tenth, as did  ABC’s “Fresh Off the Boat” (1.8/6 in 18-49, 5.75 million viewers overall), though the latter continues to look »

TV Ratings: 'Parks and Recreation' final plus 'The Voice' help NBC split Tuesday

25 February 2015 8:50 AM, PST | Hitfix | See recent Hitfix news »

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, February 24, 2015.  The Tuesday premiere of "The Voice" helped NBC storm out to a bit Tuesday lead among young viewers and the finale of "Parks and Recreation" avoided the kind of negative (literally) numbers that it would have taken for NBC to squander that lead for the night. NBC was still no match for "NCIS"-driven CBS overall, of course. Tuesday's biggest takeaway was that although "The Voice" came back strong, it had only a little impact on its competition, for the most park. CBS' "NCIS" and "NCIS: New Orleans" lost a couple hundred thousand viewers, but only "NCIS" dipped in the key demo and that was only by 0.1. ABC's "Marvel's Agent Carter" also lost 0.1 in the key demo for its finale, but stayed reasonably steady, though still low. Dropping a bit more was Fox's "MasterChef Junior" finale, but the network's comedies were flat. Also staying »

TV Ratings: 2015 Academy Awards numbers appear to be down

23 February 2015 9:30 AM, PST | Hitfix | See recent Hitfix news »

Fast National ratings for Sunday, February 22, 2015. Whether it was lack of interest in the nominated films, lack of interest in host Neil Patrick Harris or a third thing that could cause disinterest, overnight ratings for the 2015 Academy Awards were down double-digits from last year's telecast in most measures. Of course, ABC's Oscars coverage still dominated Sunday, which featured only low-rated installments of "60 Minutes" and "Dateline" as new competition. Remember the usual provisos: These are time period-specific numbers for ABC and *not* numbers for the Academy Awards telecast. On the East Coast, the show went over an hour over outside of primetime. On the West Coast, the first 90 minutes of the show were outside of Sunday primetime. The actual numbers for the Oscars will adjust up. They always do. Stay tuned for those real Oscars ratings a bit later. On to the numbers... Among adults 18-49, ABC averaged an 8.8 rating for Sunday night, »

Can Jed Mercurio's Critical revive the medical drama?

23 February 2015 5:11 AM, PST | The Guardian - TV News | See recent The Guardian - TV News news »

The heady days of ER are long gone, and hospital dramas have fallen from favour. Can Critical, starring Lennie James, breathe new life into the genre?

When was the last time you found yourself excited by a medical drama? BBC stalwarts Casualty and Holby City limp round once a week, while Grey’s Anatomy continues to untangle its various romances. The schedules are stuffed with crime dramas – from the cosy to the darkly complex – but it seems the poor hospital drama has fallen from favour. Even medical dramas don’t want to be medical dramas: ABC’s Forever, ostensibly a medical show, is actually about an immortal examiner trying to unravel the mystery of his eternal life.

So where is the programme to give the medical drama the shot of adrenaline it so desperately needs? In the Us, they’re hoping the answer to that question is “right around the »
