- Andrea is seen from behind pulling up her jeans, she is wearing thong underwear and her entire buttocks are glimpsed.
- The Governor forces Maggie to strip and threatens to rape her by slamming her over a table and threatening her as she cries. He doesn't end up raping her but this scene is extremely intense and horrifically explicit as everything is shown.

- A man is tortured by another man who drags a knife across his face and cuts him and threatens to cut his nose off. The man headbutts the man torturing him before the torturer brutally beats him as the boy's girlfriend listens and cries from the next room. This is very intense and disturbing.
- A woman covered in zombie guts with a gory bullet wound graphically stabs and decapitates zombies. Very bloody and violent.
- A lot of zombies are shot in the head with graphic over-the-top blood sprays.
- A man lightly tortures a woman by grabbing her bullet wound. No blood is shown but this is quite violent and shocking.
- A badly beaten man is shown with his face covered in blood, cuts and wounds with blood dripping from his mouth and a bruised eye.
- A woman's bullet wound is stitched up with a small blood spurt and dribble.
- A badly beaten man tied to a chair has a zombie with gore surrounding its mouth thrown into a room with him. He brutally fights it for a couple minutes before jamming a chair leg through the back of its head and out its eye graphically. This is extremely violent and intense.
- A psychopath tells a young woman to take her top off and she does so (no nudity). He then walks behind her and slams her over a table and unbuckles his belt as she cries. He then leaves before doing anything. Although the sexual assault doesn't happen this scene is still extremely intense and graphic.
- An ill man is stabbed through the ribcage with a blood spurt and then thrown into a crowd of zombies and graphically eaten alive with extremely graphic organs and intestines shown and an EXTREME amount of blood. Insanely graphic.
- A woman stabs a zombie in the head with only a tiny amount of blood shown but still pretty violent.
- A woman is kissed by a man against her will and nearly raped in front of her boyfriend as she screams.

- Glenn and Maggie, held captive by the Governor, are interrogated. When the Governor gets to Maggie, he forces her to remove her shirt and bra. Nudity is heavily implied here. Once she has removed her top clothing, he forces her down onto a table with clear implication that he is going to rape her. While he does not rape her, this is an intense scene that leaves nothing to the imagination.
