Hoda Kotb is missing her 3-month-old daughter Haley Joy while she’s on the road — but admits there are some perks.
The Today host spent time in Nashville, Tennessee, this week for 2017 Cmt Music Awards, taking her away from the baby girl she welcomed through adoption in February.
“We went away for one night when we were in Bermuda for a shoot there, so this is my second time away,” Kotb, 52, told E! News. “It is a little weird I have to say.”

The NBC program is celebrating "Love Your Body Week" and on Tuesday, Hoda Kotb, Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush Hager shared heartfelt letters they wrote to their daughters about self-acceptance, loving their bodies and themselves.
"My Dearest Vale," Guthrie began. "I hope that as you grow up I can teach you to love and embrace the miraculous, physical vessel that is carrying your magnificent heart and soul."
"Dear Haley," Kotb said to her adopted daughter. "Some thoughts about the perfectly put together you: Your eyes, use them to see the good in people and each day. Your smile, share it often."

Uncle Al! Hoda Kotb has no shortage of famous babysitters. The 52-year-old Today show co-host announced last week that she had adopted a precious baby girl, Haley Joy. On Thursday, her fellow co-host, Al Roker, got to meet Hoda’s new daughter.

On Wednesday, the 53-year-old Today show co-anchor tweeted her thanks to her good friend, Andy Cohen, for his super cute gift for her newborn daughter. Kotb shared a photo of herself hugging a giant Snoopy stuffed animal, which is almost taller than her.
