Focus Features has moved up its Jesse Owens drama “Race” from April 8, 2016 to February 19, 2016, where it will open against “Barbershop 3” and the Naomi Watts thriller “Shut In.” It’s a smart move on Focus’ part, as “Race” had been slated to open against Melissa McCarthy‘s comedy “Michelle Darnell,” George Clooney‘s thriller “Money Monster,” Jake Gyllenhaal‘s drama “Demolition” and the big-budget fantasy film “Gods of Egypt.” Rising star Stephan James plays Olympic hero Jesse Owens in the film, which co-stars Jeremy Irons, William Hurt, Jason Sudeikis and Carice van Houten. Also Read: Relativity Nearing Deal for Jesse Owens Biopic. »

George Clooney is a Derby County Fc fan.
The 54-year-old actor is currently working on thriller movie, ‘Money Monster’, and has garnered a keen interest in the football team after spending time with co-star Jack O’Connell who is constantly watching the matches.
A friend of Jack’s explained: “Wherever Jack is in the world he is tuning into Derby County matches and he is a vocal supporter so inevitably Clooney became interested in Jack’s football moods.”
However, the ‘Gravity’ star – who married lawyer Amal Clooney last year – has been less than impressed by the team, nicknamed the Rams, due to an unfortunate losing streak which has left Jack, 24, feeling “miserable”.
The source told The Sun Newspaper: “He’s watched a few games but he’s not exactly picked a great time to come on board — the results have been miserable and Jack even more so.”

Amal and George Clooney had a picture-perfect Tuesday with her family. The couple stepped out in NYC for a meal with her parents, Ramzi and Baria Alamuddin, and her sister, Tala. George treated his mother-in-law with the same love and respect he's shown Amal throughout their relationship. Upon the group's arrival at Italian restaurant Caravaggio, the actor locked arms with Baria and led the way inside the restaurant. Throughout all their adventures during their first year of marriage, George and Amal have been sure to set aside time for their loved ones, including his mom, Nina Warren. In March, George treated Amal and his mom to a night out. The Clooneys have only gotten more adorable throughout their past couple of months in the Big Apple. Earlier this month, George and Amal could not have looked more in love when she visited him on the set of Money Monster. »
Las Vegas - It's not an understatement to suggest that since they last presented their wares to the world's theater owners Sony Pictures has had a pretty dramatic 12 months . December's North Korean hacking scandal made the release of Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's "The Interview" a global news story where the studio and exhibitors blamed each other for not screening the film in mainstream theaters. And, frankly, when Potus gets involved there better be a lot of water under that bridge to put all that behind you. Five months later Sony has a new Chairman (Tom Rothman) and, luckily, much better films to help heal some delicate wounds. The studio didn't have the star power to rival previous presenters Paramount and Warner Bros, but they did bring a lot of new footage and also made some news. First, let's get to the news. Sony revealed that a new "Jump »

Like most of us Amal Clooney appreciates a lazy Sunday ensemble. After weeks of high fashion the human-rights lawyer went full on weekend casual while visiting her husband George Clooney on the New York City set of his new movie, Money Monster. Clad in ripped, loose boyfriend jeans and an eyelet shirt topped with a leather Balenciaga biker jacket, the 37-year-old statement skipped heels in favor of Ash Thelma wedge sneakers. But her best accessory? It wasn't her fringe purse or oversize shades. Nope, the duo's adorable Cocker Spaniel pups were the winning part of this look. While the couple was not seen interacting with the film's director Jodie Foster or George's co-stars Julia Roberts or »
