Whether or not you like this show truly defines who you are as a person. If you find yourself bored for one second during this show, you're taking life too seriously. The show is summed up in the opening intro where a fly is buzzing around Joan, and she gears herself up to take a position of aggression in preparation to swat this fly. It's just a small shift of the arms and an irritated gaze upwards, but the body language says so much. Another scene in which Joan wets herself as a result of several "Chainsaw Massacre" events consecutively occurring is one of the funniest scenes I've ever witnessed on TV. Thank you AMC...please do not ever cancel this show. It can't be that expensive.
