In Gotham City crime is still at an all time high, as The Batman heads out to fight more crime, a member of the criminal group The Jokerz watches closely, only to discover he's being watched by a member of rival gang The Bats. As Batman disappears the two delusional gang members head back to their bases to rally the troops. Chaos ensues as the two gangs throw everything they've got at each other until Batman returns. In this game of oneupmanship the two gangs continue to fight each other in the names of good and evil. When the Bat's away, the crazies will play. Written by Wolfgang Wilcox
