Personally a 10/10 episode is an episode where I don't have the temptation to skip certain scenes

Skipped a few in this one though

Owen The Cheater

This Episode begins with Owen and Cristina, they are waking up in the morning. Cristina thinks that Owen is cheating on her. Lexie performs Lori's cyst surgery. Lexie also removed Lori's brain tumor, Derek is furious when he hears this. Lori can't talk clear after surgery. Lori has aphasia. Meredith tells Lexie that Lori has aphasia. Derek has a heated brawl with Lexie after she made a mistake. Mara kissed Jackson. Owen says to Cristina that he cheated on her. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 8, a big shock for Cristina. Owen cheated on her! Will she stay with him after this or is their marriage over?

How many times does Meredith is going to screw up on everything she does?? I mean.. It can happen IRL but when a show, we need catharsis. And it is getting old. Writers are looking for any stupid excuse to make drama.
