Voice cast for Batman Vs. Robin announced, includes “Weird Al” Yankovic

14 January 2015 2:57 PM, PST | Flickeringmyth | See recent Flickeringmyth news »

Two iconic facets of geekdom will collide in 2015. No, I’m not talking about the newest Avengers team-up or rumors of Spider-Man joining the McU. I’m talking about Batman going head-to-head with “Weird Al” Yankovic.

The voice cast for the upcoming DC Universe Original Animated Movie, Batman Vs. Robin, has been revealed. The film is a sequel to last year’s Son of Batman, and as the title would suggest will pit Bruce Wayne against his son, Damian and be partially inspired by the New 52 Batman: Court of Owls storyline from Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo.

Son of Batman voice actors Jason O’Mara, Stuart Allan, Sean Maher and David McCallum will reprise their roles of Bruce, Damian, Dick Grayson and Alfred, respectively. They’re joined by Jeremy Sisto (Six Feet Under) as Talon, a nearly invincible assassin from the Court of Owls, Grey Griffin (Avatar: The Last Airbender) as Samantha, »

Batman Vs. Robin Voice Cast Revealed; Jeremy Sisto And Al Yankovic Among New Additions

14 January 2015 10:13 AM, PST | ComicBookMovie.com | See recent ComicBookMovie news »

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed the voice cast for Batman Vs. Robin, the upcoming animated movie which is inspired by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo's "The Court of Owls". Jason O'Mara (Sons of Liberty) will return as Batman, with Stuart Allen (Bad Teacher) voicing Robin and Sean Maher (Arrow) once again reprising the role of Nightwing. Another familiar voice will be David McCallum (NCIS) as Alfred. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice storyboard artist Jay Oliva is directing. New additions include Jeremy Sisto (Six Feet Under) as Talon, voice actor Grey Griffin as a mysterious character known only as Samantha, and bizarrely, Al Yankovic as The Dollmaker. Robin Atkin Downes (Superman vs. The Elite) is Grandmaster, while Peter Onorati voices a man named Draco. Finally, while he's unfortunately not voicing the Caped Crusader himself, Kevin Conroy will cameo as Thomas Wayne. Are you guys looking forward to Batman Vs. Robin? »
