We start with Jess getting fired from her job as a teacher, Schmidt has gotten his cast off and he feels he has his brand again. Jess is taking it well when she gets fired but only Cece can help her. Back to the apartment and Schmidt needs Nick to work for him to re-launch himself all the way. Jess is not going to cry but when her room mates try to help her she has seen right through their act telling them not to feel sorry for them. Jess is shot girl and what's to be the best of all time so she is actress study "Ivy". Jess is not the only shot girl and we get Casey (Parker Posey). Then when the party is going great Cece comes with her new boyfriend who looks like a complete mismatch compared to him for her. Jus when Jess learns the ways of being a shot girl she realises that she is a teacher so stops quickly. Then when Schmidt's plan to play with fire to get back with Cece goes wrong she stays with Robbie and he is still alone without anybody. Jess can only be made happy again by Nick as she realizes that she loved being a teacher but she cannot do that anymore. Nice funny episode with Max Greenfield becoming a genius of comedy and Zooey Deschanel is just as good.
