I Hate You, Stephanie gives a great look into an average guy's head when seeing his ex. I appreciated the modern comedic style the film maintained while holding on to heart of the writer. The color and production design really gave it a saturated and high key look that matched the tone. And the performances came off so natural that the thought that these two were actors that weren't actually in a relationship never even crossed my mind. Now, it's not perfect, it did drag a little at times and there are quick moments of confusion, but both things are fleeting and don't pull you out of the film. Quirky moments manage to snag laughs, though sometimes a little over done, but totally worth it. Overall very well done and entertaining, If you get a chance to see it, don't pass it up. Also I'd keep an eye out for more work from the big names on the project.
