Espagne: Courses de taureaux (1897)
If you're a fan of bullfighting then you'll be interested in this early film, which was shot in Spain. The camera is up in the stands but we get a pretty good view of the action as a bull is on the center stage with a couple fighters messing with it as well as another man on a horse for protection. If you're worried about violence towards the bull you can rest easily as nothing happens so that's the good news. The horse does get rammed by the bull but again it appears nothing major as the horse does continuing moving on. There's obviously nothing ground-breaking about this film but if you're interested in these early actuality pictures then it's worth watching.
