They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Former paparazzi Thomas Grady's most recent photo, a scandalous shot of the First Lady, is certainly worth more, a lot more.

Storyline

Thomas Grady (Zach McGowan), former paparazzi, inadvertently captures a scandalous, revealing shot of one of the world's most prominent and beloved figures - the First Lady (Joyce DeWitt). What ensues is a terrific conflict of morals, love and money, while examining the fine line between an individual's right to privacy and the public's right to know. SNAPSHOT draws a parallel between the damage that can be inflicted by shooting someone with a camera instead of a gun. Possession of this photo forces Thomas to deal with ethical struggles and to confront the love of his life (Angela Gots), his brother (David Chokachi) and his father (Robert Loggia) as this photo puts the true nature of their relationships to a test, while an underlying life threatening danger exists, with an ending you would not expect. A great film in post production!
29 January 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

SNAPSHOT is scheduled for release in 2014. This film was screened once as a rough cut of almost 2.5 hours in 2012 by invitation for family, friends and attending film makers. It is now an 85 minute film. IMDb has been updated accordingly and will continue to be updated as necessary.

This film was inspired by tragic events and contains a relevant and timely social message.

The wonderful thing about America is that everyone has a right to an opinion. I embrace that and hope you get to see this film and form your own!

Respectfully, Robert Borneman, Executive Producer
