Goofs

After Winona shows agents through her former house, she goes to meet Raylan. When she pulls up in her car, the first close-up shows her steering wheel is made of burled wood. For the rest of that scene her wheel is normal black plastic/vinyl. See more »

Quotes

Raylan Givens: He's got the ice-cold remorseless bottled-blonde shit-bag killer doing scut work.
Wynn Duffy: Deputy, are you accusing me of being a fake blonde? Because if you need me to prove it to you I might be inclined to break you over that step-ladder, ride you down like a teaser-pony and paint this room an entirely different color.

Feeding Givens to the Feds
9 December 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

'Watching the Detectives' is Quarles' big move on full display: to bring Raylan Givens to the FBI's attention. And it's a good move, what with the marshal's extensive history of internal investigations. In a sense, this is just an occupational hazard for a lawman who's not afraid to get his hands dirty, no matter how justly.

Spoiler alert: it doesn't work, and Quarles has been cut off from Detroit as a result. Portrait of a guy who's slowly but surely starting to unravel.

This is a massively entertaining episode, energetic and a fantastic example of Raylan's knack for maneuvering out of tight corners.
