- During the course of the game, players can dress Juliet in revealing outfits (e.g., Sexy Rider Suit, Sexy Seashell Bikini) that expose large amounts of cleavage and/or buttocks.
- Numerous jokes in the dialogue and onscreen text also reference sexual material (e.g., Officer Stephanie sometimes used her nightstick to pleasure herself to yearbook photos, (she) had 'backdoor' sex with over three hundred sailors back in the day, Is it normal to have an erection as you die?).
- In one cutscene Juliet's Sensei falls to the grounds and lands with his face planted in her breasts, this happens twice.
- Whenever Juliet wins at Nick Roulette she kisses him, then places him between her breasts.
- One of the male students Juliet saves says he'll masturbate to her that night.
- There is a trophy/achievement you can win for panning the camera to look under Juliet's skirt.
- References are made to sexual behaviour, including an oblique reference to oral sex.

- Players use a chainsaw, explosive rounds, and special attacks (e.g., performing cheerleading routines; mowing down enemies with a crop harvester) to kill zombies in melee-style combat.
- Some attacks (e.g., Sparkle Hunting Bonuses) require dispatching multiple zombies at once, and are highlighted by slow-motion effects and closeup camera angles.
- A zombie boss shooting himself in the head.
- Characters get sliced in half by chainsaws.
- Juliet punts a decapitated head in slow motion.
- Exaggerated blood splashes, dismemberment, and decapitation occur frequently.
- Juliet's chain saw-swinging moves are few and simple to start off with, just grind that whirling blade in there, hacking off legs, hands, arms and headsspewing blood mixed with a sparkling spray of stars and rainbows.
- After a while, when Juliet has picked up a few zombie medels, she can buy a variety of better moves and combinations that up the ante, twisting the visual volume knob up even farther.
- Juliet can leapfrog over a stumbling foe, ram her weapon into the creature's backside and viciously rend him in half.
- Juliet can make several zombies groggy with pom-pom smashes before lopping off all their heads in one glitter-covered swirl.
- There a mini basketball game where you have to score over 100 but cutting off zombie heads which automatically go through the basketball hoop.
- There is one part in the game where you mow down lots of zombies with a combine harvester.
- Some of trophies/achievements you can earn is getting thirty headshots and cutting off the last boss' giant fingers.

- There is strong launguage used throughout the game: fuck is used frequently, piss is used once, and occasionally the first boss will say bollocks
- Name calling (undead douchebags, bitch, cocksucker, bastard, dick and slut.)

- A variety of sequences allude to drug use (e.g., Old McDonald's been smoking too much weed, and eight-foot piles of cocaine.)
- During the O'Bannon's farm level Juliet has to slice a "Magic Mushroom" in half, this results in Juliet and Nick getting high and having halucinations, in the same level Nick talks about Space Cakes.

- The zombies themselves aren't that frightening when compaired to other zombie games, however the bosses are rather frightening, espcally the last boss Killabilly, who is a giant zombie Elvis.
- The last boss Killabilly tries to eat Juliet at one point.

- The bad ending reveals that Juliet's mum is a zombie and attacks her and her family offscreen, the good ending doesn't do this.
