Saunders mentions that Ms. Hagan is 5', 2" tall and the railing on the boat was 4', 10" tall. He then goes onto mention that the railing was four inches under her chin, but since height is always measured from the top of the head, his statement is off by a couple inches. See more »

All the excitement is taken out when you know who the killer is from the beginning. This episode deals with the inability of our friends to get the goods on the killer, and a judge who is ready to throw the entire case out.

Our fiend, is not only a killer, he kills a second woman, and tries to murder a friend of 35 years who he feels knows too much. In addition, he has had a hand in the taking of pension money from his own workers. Quite a nice guy! Notice to killers: You don't use the same poison over and over. That in itself can be hazardous to your own well-being. Naturally, our guy is smug, especially when the case against him is thrown out. You just know that he will have a rude awakening shortly.
