- The female characters wear skimpy clothing, and created characters can where even skimpyer clothing, however there is no full fledged nudity.
- One of the scenes used for created stories involves a passionate kiss.
- Created characts of a female gender can have there breasts ajusted to sizes which are frankly laughable.

- It's a Wrestling game an it's bloody.
- As well as the typical sporting violence, you can hit characters with foreign objects which causes characters to bleed, however you can turn the blood off.
- In the story mode, there is a combonation of actual and recreations of footage from WWE's "attitude era" which contains some heavy but non-fatal bleeding.

- Mild terms like Damn and Crap are used occasionally, users that try to use bad language in there comments and created stories have the content disallowed.
- There is a taunt for created characters that involves flipping the bird, however the image of the finger is censored
