"Looks like you've finally got some new neighbours"

It's slightly disappointing that Summer realises Griffin's true colours so quickly, there was mileage in letting the storyline run for longer. It is, however, pleasing that the rift between Summer and Andrew is healed without a word, with Summer simply doing him a good turn.Karl and Ajay's sudden camaraderie as they try to hide Adrian's departure from Andrew is a good moment but it does look like Sophie is just standing there during the concert.

Kate and Lou have some fairly decent material and, with the spectre of embezzlement more or less excised, there is some fun to be had from Kate hiring him out so he can pay her back. And at least they gave the English accent to someone who can actually do one.(For obvious reasons.)

And...Troy's back. For anyone who remembers the poor writing that characterised his previous stint, this is not necessarily good news. Especially since it's started already. The absurdly melodramatic closing scene of Toadie running a few yards like a mad thing to save Callum from, um, meeting his dad does not exactly bode well for those hoping for subtlety and detailed characterisation.
