Storyline

Abbey sticks around at the Community Centre, claiming to be on community service when Greg questions her presence. She meets Tara from an ante-natal class who does not want her baby and transfers it to Abbey. However Abbey initially wants to keep the child, admitting that she lost her memory in the storm and wants something to make her feel she belongs. When Tara returns though Abbey feels sorry for her and reverses the process. Alex locates James, the girl who took his penis and tracks her down to a karaoke club, where the other misfits are amazed to see the threatening Greg sing a sensitive song though James gives Alex back what is his. Nadine turns up to see Rudy but rushes away again and when he follows her he discovers that she is a nun. Written by don @ minifie-1

Shaun Dooley's Greg Sings!
1 January 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This episode gets an 8 from me purely on the strength of Dooley's singing (he's the crazy probation worker, Greg). It's a terrific performance, and I will never again be able to hear the song without hearing his far superior version in my head over it. I wish it would be made available in its entirety! I'd buy it. The show must have had to record all of it, I would think, so they'd have plenty of material and could then pick and choose when to inter-cut with other characters, and they've included the beginning and the end... well anyway, it's beautiful.

The plot is moronic, and in my opinion, by this time, the show has completely lost its way. But that one shining moment really shines. I'd recommend watching this one literally for that alone.
