The movie takes place in Sofia - the capital city of Bulgaria, where the police cars are completely white or white with 2 thin horizontal blue lines on the sides of the car with "police", written on the front hood and "police" written in Buldarian with Cyrillic at the sides. The police cars in the movie are wrong - white with thick yellow and blue diagonal stripes and Latin "police" on the sides.
When the Shelby tries to drive down a flight of steps, we only see a shot of it starting, and one of it at the bottom. It couldn't have made it down the steps with ground clearance, so we don't see what would have been a good shot, it actually coming down the steps.
