Surya Asth, Punjabi Mast! New song from Action Jackson, music by Himesh Reshammiya

A soundtrack that is currently making waves in Bollywood, is the music of Prabhu Dheva’s Action Jackson. An album that has music by the extremely talented composer Himesh Reshammiya, has recently released its second song promo Punjabi Mast.

After giving the music for Son of Sardar and Bol Bachchan, this is the third time that Himesh is working with Ajay Devgn. The Son of Sardar title track (sung by Himesh and popular singer Aman Trikha) had become so famous, that it was the ringtone of nearly all in Punjab. Now Himesh is back with a new Punjabi anthem in the form of Punjabi Mast.

The promo sees a vibrant and energetic Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha. The song is extremely catchy and features a host of singers (Himesh, Vineet Singh, Alam Gir Khan, Ankit Tiwari & Neeti Mohan )

Himesh Reshammiya to appear on India’s Raw Star!

Music Director, Singer, Actor and Producer Himesh Reshammiya will be seen mentoring the upcoming singers on YoYo Honey Singh’s reality show India’s Raw Star on October 26th.

Yo Yo Honey Singh has worked extensively with Himesh (Khiladi 786, Son of Sardar) and both share a great rapport. Honey also made his debut as an actor in Himesh’s film The Xpose which released earlier this year.

This will also be Himesh’s third appearance this year, at reality shows (Ekta Mission, Voice of Bangalore were the earlier two appearances) as he continues to support, nurture and welcome new singing talent into the music industry.

Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar’s voice to rock thousands at Zee Bollywood Monster Mashup

Rajdeep Chatterjee, the King of Bollywood playback singing and the voice behind hits from films such as Bodyguard, Khiladi 786 and Gunday, will be headlining Zee Bollywood Monster Mashup (Bmm), the largest South Asian festival in Canada, running August 25-30, 2014.

Mohan (who had earlier directed Khiladi 786 starring Akshay Kumar and Asin) has now signed Irrfan Khan and Kunal Roy Kapur for his next film Welcome To Karachi, a film that's based on global politics.
