Still not very convincing.

The first stand-up comedy I watched from Hannibal Buress was Comedy Camisado from 2016, I gave it a five star rating as I wasn't impressed at all, but I said I would give him another chance and watch another show of him to see if it was still that bland. Unfortunately it is, Animal Furnace is slightly better but still it isn't that great. I don't know what it exactly is, maybe his stage presence that makes him looking very shy. He barely looks the audience in the face, he has more a stare that looks upwards like he's trying to remember his lines, it just doesn't feel very natural. His jokes vary from mediocre to good, there's actually not one joke I remember and I just watched his show yesterday, so that's already not really a good thing. To me Hannibal Buress lacks stage presence, he's much too static, not interacting with the audience, and his jokes could just be better. I'll give it one more try with another show but I fear that will be the last one as I can't really see progress.
