Storyline

During the run-up to the 2000 Millenium celebrations, the Canadian government started the TransCanada Trail. A foot trail that links the entire nation, akin the TransCanada Highway. They also commissioned a relay that drew water from each of Canada's three seas and relayed it to Ottawa, the capital. This documentary follows the lives of some of the people touched by that relay.
