As more and more people are getting infected, no one knows what the common denominator is that's getting them all so fatally ill.

We have the personal touch depicted here when Danny, part of the team, collapses and dies from the illness.

We see the various agencies trying to usurp power and weaken the other group. We also see how the public can be manipulated and lied to.

People in Philadelphia are calm so far, but that can't last forever.

The episode ends with Dr. Murphy collapsing.

Let's see the virus may show mutation, and antibiotics on victims are not working. Wait! A solution shall come next week unless Philadelphia is being sacrificed.
