Sex & Nudity

- There are lots of graphic sexual talk. This will be nothing new to people familiar with the show.
- The PS4 version only has sexual references and jokes. Also, there is Mild nudity like buttocks and breasts when someone is changing, but no frontal nudity other than that.
- At one point, you give an abortion to a man dressed as a woman (no nudity is shown, but it's very uncomfortable as the entire sequence is interactive).
- Near the end of the game, one character strips completely naked. His penis is censored by his pubic hair but his testicles are still shown.
- When you go to a house and open the door, sometimes there will be a cutscene where we see a woman standing in her living room nude with everything exposed, a man masturbating (we only see hand movements), and a guy having anal intercourse with a horse.
- In Canada, there is a room where we walk in and see a man and woman having sex on a bed. We get a side view of the woman's breasts and a side view of the man's genitals.
- One of Cartman's abilities is called "Burning Cloud" where he holds a lighter in front of his buttocks and farts into it spreading the fire and burning the opponents. He pulls down his pants while doing this and we can see his bare buttocks.
- The game includes several instances of mature humor, but nothing gets remotely close to being as bad as the original show.
- An izmel knife is used as part of a special attack in which enemies are circumcised. There are "pubes" that are found lying around the world and it can be collected and added to the player's inventory.
- A mini-game requires players to tap a button as quickly as possible to make the player's character poop while sitting on a toilet.
- In one level, there is a wrapped package that is shaped like a penis.
- you can see some clothing that is a little revealing. Not too much but like cropped or booty shorts, which is normal though.
- In the game, there is some nudity, but the only extra nudity would be breasts and it's in a non sexual way like 4x in the PC and Xbox versions. All depends on which ones you get system wise like Xbox one, Windows, etc.
Violence & Gore

- The abortion clinic segment of the game contains the most onscreen gore.
- Violence in the game is frequent. However, because of the cartoonish style of the game, it is slightly less graphic.
- Fighting an enemy does not always end in the enemy actually getting killed. Some pretend to die, and some actually die in violent ways. It depends on the type of enemy.
- Most of the violence in the game is because of the Nazi Zombies.
- Sometimes, the violence can be pretty gross and bloody.
Profanity

- It's South Park, so what were you expecting? The game has over 50 uses of "fuck", 3 uses of "cocksucker", 3 uses of "cunt", and many frequent uses of "shit", "asshole", "dick", "bitch", "faggot", and almost every single profane word you can think of.
- Sometimes, the profanity is used sexually or within sexual context.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A couple of kids are seen smoking, including a kindergartner. The main character must also smoke a cigarette once.
- There is a bar that the player can enter. However, no alcohol can be purchased.
- Certain enemies throw beer bottles as weapons.
- The player can use magic powder which makes them shrink.
- There are some characters that are implied to be drug addicts.
- During the course of the game, drug paraphernalia can be seen strewn around a methamphetamine lab.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Note: Console versions of the game in Europe and Australia censor scenes with the anal probing and abortion sequences.
- The nazi zombies in the game may offend jewish players.
- Some people may find the game's content to be slightly disturbing. But overall, the game is not frightening or intense.
- Everything in this game is played for laughs which is making it not so frightening.
- South Park is a franchise well known for offending people, but it's all played for laughs and not meant to harm anyone.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- During one part of the game, the player's parents are seen having sex. Its a bit graphic as bare breasts and testicles are shown.
- One mission has the player go up a character's rectum to defuse a bomb.
- In one part of the game, the player is captured by aliens where other characters are seen being probed.
Violence & Gore
- Some of the mini-games can result in a violent and gory outcome, if failed. Most notably tearing off Randy's scrotum in the abortion game.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- You must fight crackheads and they have pot.
