Killer Sharks is a recreation of the world-famous attacks along the coast of Durban, South Africa, during the summer of 1957/1958. Called "Black December," these attacks partly inspired Peter Benchley's Jaws.
Did You Know?
Although the events depicted took place in South Africa, the re-enactment scenes are performed by American actors without any attempt to evoke the South African setting. All the cast speak in their normal American accents and vehicles are left hand drive instead of right hand drive. See more
