Why must the star pupil of the anatomy class always be a woman and a member of the minority? Did you notice that the eventual killer does not fit into this category.
To me, the outstanding student was an over-achiever, a future zealot in her field. In fact, Dr. Hunt had to put her in her place due to her over zealous behavior.
Apparently, the head of the class was an over-achiever when it came to women.
Looks like our father-to-be police officer was able to relate to bringing the dead woman's baby to the rightful father at the end of the segment. Would love to see the woman police officer calm down and show some compassion at time. Her part is written so that she is always not only hyperactive, but she comes across as quite nasty. She literally jumps on the suspect of the moment. Does this woman have a lighter side, or is she a product of the ghetto? Is she trying to show that not every minority is bad and that she made it despite a bad home early environment?
