Amazing that Will and Alicia didn't demand that the female judge in the military case recuse herself. The woman is impossible and seems to have quite a disdain for the Will character.
Get off the Dairy Case industry story already. It's like beating a dead-horse and phenomenal actor Alan Cumming doesn't show he is very adept in this situation.
Christine Baranski shows her value to the show by urging Will to end his liaison with Alicia for his own good and the good of the firm Lockhart-Gardner.
Alicia has had it with her mother-in-law and really told her off here. The latter is a bag full of trouble. A sneaky, conniving woman, she has found her match with her daughter-in-law.
