Storyline

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions - Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness. The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley's mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley's main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school. Written by Pixar

Best movie ever
31 July 2015 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

I loved Inside Out Its by far my favourite movie of all time. It has amazing voice talent and amazing animation. It's Expertly crafted and it has a very developed storyline, It is Pixar's best film and in my opinion it is the best movie of all time. It is a very special film. Sadness is a very important and lovable character and she plays a pivotal role to the lesson of the film. I have seen it 4 times in theatres and loved it. It makes you feel all kinds of emotions. I find it better than both Citizen Kane and The Godfather. It should be shown at film schools everywhere and it is by far the best movie of the year. It will earn a Best Picture nomination at the Academy Awards.
