This 25 minute documentary takes a look the pre-production and early production stages of Steven Spielberg's JURASSIC PARK. The director starts off talking about his love of dinosaurs and how he wanted to make sure and bring this to the screen. He says he wanted everyone who loved dinosaurs as a child to feel as if they actually got see real ones. From here we learn about the various pre-production and especially the decision that were made in regards to the type of special effects to use. Not only do we get interviews with Spielberg but there's also Michael Crichton, Stan Winston, Kathleen Kennedy, Sam Neill, Laura Dern and others. Fans of JURASSIC PARK will certainly enjoy hearing these stories as the interviews are rather fun and we're also treated to some behind-the-scenes footage as well as some outtakes.
