Jadin meets Ashley, the con. This story uses the best comedic gaffs--nosy neighbors, hearing voices in your head, and having one's house taken over by con artists. It is rich in humor and self-inflicted misery that ends happily ever after.

THE PROPHET'S SON intertwines the lives of an internationally acclaimed young musician and a beautiful, young writer of equal popularity. While they discover their deep and abiding love for each other, they move powerfully in their faith and love for God and His people, boldly laying down their lives which are impacted through the teenage drama of school shootings and runaway youth, and in the aftermath of a nuclear hit on several large cities, including their own, in an attempted overthrow of the United States when the borders are opened after the election of a new, inexperienced president. It's like they intended to make Christians look dumb
14 February 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

The cinematic elements and quality performances from Alexandra Harris, Brad Spiotta, and Paul Anthony McLean were not enough to save this dud. The script was noting short of head shaking and laugh worthy. You immediately get the sense this was created as a vehicle for the music career of Josiah Warren. However, it does the opposite as his singing was nearly as terrible as his acting.

If the film is intended as pro-Christianity,again it fails. They create this world that the only people who have the answers are the Christians- yet they have no wisdom to offer but "All we can do is pray" or worse "Jesus Loves You, they complain about the world and individuals as being "beyond salvation"

They create a world of gangsters, school violence, on criminal that is completely devoid of realism. None of the situations created are resolved- not even preacher boy commanding the devil out of his brother's shooter. They create the end of the world situation and resolve it by saying the world is giving a second chance.

What passes as a love story is the son of the preacher is RUDE to other woman while he has boring fantasies and an even more boring reality with the woman that is apparently the "Wife that was chosen for him." Vomit- Puke- NO romance - No personal choice or accountability. Let's BLAME or THANK GOD for whatever happens in our lives!
