Storyline

Episode 11 of Before It's Too Late looks at some of Africa's most endangered species, the cheetah, Africa's rhino species and the little known African Painted Hunting Dogs. All of these are critically endangered. What is pushing them to the edge of extinction? Humanity's continued encroachment on the animal's habitat, a severe drought and the lack of money. As well as seeing the animals in unique situations we meet the people who are trying to save these endangered species. Written by Mike Searle
