Can't believe this film actually exists...
ssmith201014 January 2012
I've seen some extreme films but, holy cow, it's hard to believe this flick actually exists.

The film has no credits beyond a title saying this is "An Unauthorized Film by Sean Weathers" and the title. As the film starts, Wendy,a white woman who is a published author, is moving into a black neighborhood to do some research. She is noticed by three black kids, and is met by her landlord and his girlfriend (who are both also black).

This flick then becomes incredibly racist, with a long scene of the black kids going on about how badly they want a white woman. They hit on the author, who turns them all down because she "is here to work." Wherever she goes, the three are there, either harassing her, making racists comments at her, or hitting on her.

Meanwhile, Wendy's new landlord knows her work, and apparently also lusts after her so much he kicks out his girlfriend because he wants to be with her.

One night as Wendy comes home, the three black kids are there and a bit more aggressive. Her landlord rescues her and brings her into the building safely. But when she gets to her room, the three kids are there waiting for her.

Then, for over thirty long excruciating minutes, she is abused and raped by the three thugs. It is racist, violent, and incredibly realistic -- she acts the way you'd think a victim would really act. Very disturbing.

Once the seemingly endless gang rape scene is (finally) over, there is a quick revenge sequence which doesn't turn out they way you'd think, and then the movie unbelievably gets even MORE disturbing and racist to finish up.

As far as extreme films go, this is extreme with a capital "E". I'm not at all sure what Weathers -- who is black himself -- was trying to get at with this film. If you're looking to see just how far a film can go, while leaving any semblance of political correctness far, far behind it, check it out. If you're looking for a "Rape/Revenge" flick, I'd say avoid it since it's pretty extreme and the "revenge" part will probably disappoint you.

A Really Disturbing Movie
aswad_issa5 January 2022
This movie is vile and and evil. It's a story of a white woman who moves into the "ghetto" because of cheaper rent set in 1990s Brooklyn. She is sexually harassed by her devioys, perverted black landlord and then mercilessly raped by three black street hooligans. After the graphic rape, she has visions of revenge.

This is probably the most vile and naseating movie that I've ever seen. There is really no redeeming value and it really made me feel sick to my stomach to watch it. At times, it feels like a snuff movie or some nasty home video. It's really awful. I can see that Sean Weathers went on to direct more thoughtful and normal movies but I dont know how anyone who likes this movie could ever look themself in rhe mirror.

Skip This Garbage

Warning: Spoilers
This horribly made I Spit On Your Grave rip off is utterly disgusting. I admit I didn't even watch it in its entirety. I found a copy online and out of curiosity I skipped through it and watched a few minutes here and there. The majority of the film involves the rape. Then there is some cheap meaningless revenge scenes stolen directly from I Spit On Your Grave. Even having only seen those few minutes I was left with a sour stomach, especially after watching three black men crumble up Ritzes and throw them at a bloody naked woman while calling her a "cracker." I figured this film must have been made by a member of the KKK who hates black people but then I find out it's actually made by some black dude. What? The most hilarious thing is in this version of I Spit On Your Grave the rape victim is played by some skanky chick who was probably just some low budget porn whore. She is totally unconvincing as someone who could have even read a book let alone have written several. You might be tempted to watch this trash now that it's making the rounds just to find out what it's all about, but do yourself a favor and skip it. All it will do is make you nauseous and make you wonder why anyone would bother making such a pointless piece of hate.

I can see why this was/is banned

Warning: Spoilers
All throughout this movie there are subliminal still vintage "lynching" photographs of white people hanging blacks. As i watched the film, i noticed tiny "flickers", so i backed the movie up a little, then advanced it frame by frame until the photos were displayed. They are all black and white photos that look like they most likely came from the 40s or 50s. In all of them, there are white people smiling and posing in front of dead black men hanging from a tree. One photo showed a black man's body laying on the ground while white men were burning him beyond recognition. These photos flash by so fast that you can't really tell what they are, but they are shown subliminally during the worst parts of this woman's rape, as if to suggest that no matter what the black men did to this poor woman, their actions are justified since blacks were unjustly killed back in the day. While there is no denying that those times were terrible times in American history, those days are long since dead and gone. The society we live in now does not do these kinds of things anymore. America, as a nation, has learned to move forward from this and accept anybody into their communities, no matter what race or nationality. A movie that is made in this manner can serve no purpose whatsoever other than to promote hatred between the races, and for that reason, the movie should be banned for LIFE. It should never have even been produced in the first place.
